In recent years, in order to implement the "double carbon" goal, reduce environmental pollution capacity, manufacturing enterprises have invested a lot of money in energy saving and carbon reduction technology reform, it is suggested that the government can optimize and improve on the basis of existing policies, so that the "government care" into "policy dry goods".

Government procurement: promote the localization of green household products

Green home is a key pillar industry supported by Huzhou "4210" modern industrial system and Anji "2+5" industrial system. It is suggested that the financial department should take the lead in bringing green home products into the catalog of products or plans purchased by the municipal and county governments, and strive to be included in the pilot activities of green home going to the countryside, so as to turn the "gold content" of policies into the "productivity" of supporting the development of enterprises.

Classification guidance: promote the cooperation between upstream and downstream of the supply chain

In the post-epidemic era, only by establishing a complete industrial chain can we have market dominance. Take Anji as an example, Anji existing chair industry enterprises more than 700, including 300 enterprises on the plan, more than 100,000 employees, Anji is the first pillar industry, is a typical common rich industry. We hope that the government and industry authorities will encourage smes to enhance their endogenous vitality, improve product quality and technical standards, upgrade the level of intelligent manufacturing, grow bigger and stronger industries, eliminate outdated production capacity with "low and small scattered", and build a complete and high-quality industrial chain and supply chain system.

Talent introduction: We should try our best to tilt to the production enterprises

In recent years, governments at all levels have taken effective measures to introduce a large number of outstanding talents to start businesses in Huzhou, which has brought great vitality to the development of Huzhou. Based on the need of development strategy, HengLIN has started the "Green Seedlings" project this year, and plans to introduce about 60 college students every year, which will serve as a talent reserve for the enterprise to achieve high-quality development. It is suggested that the government give guidance to college students' employment in enterprises as a key direction, and give preference to enterprises when formulating policies such as housing subsidies, children's schooling, and individual income tax reduction and exemption.
